Our Service Commitments

  • We read every message. None go into automated triage queues without human review.
  • We reply from genuine email addresses, not no-reply systems.
  • We do not add correspondents to mailing lists. There is no mailing list.

  • We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months thereafter (unless legally required to keep it).
